If you hold a bachelor's degree from a MFTI recognized institution, you are eligible for admission to one of our Graduate programs. Other than demonstrating math and verbal skills proficiency, as described in prerequisite skills requirements below, no specific undergraduate concentration or preparatory coursework is required for admission. However, if your undergraduate GPA is below 2.50 on a 4.0 scale, you must achieve acceptable scores on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). GMAT and GRE test scores are valid up to five years from the date of the exams.

If you are an International student, you need to hold a degree recognized as equivalent to a U.S. baccalaureate degree to be eligible for admission. You also will need to fulfill MFTI’s English-Proficiency Requirements, as all instructions and services are provided in English.

As a graduate program applicant, you will need to demonstrate math and verbal skills proficiency. Proficiency can be demonstrated by submitting acceptable GMAT or GRE test scores, or through prior coursework performance. Applicants whose demonstrated proficiency indicates they are prepared to enroll directly into their program's standard coursework without any preceding prerequisite skills coursework are referred to as placing at the standard level. Selected programs have additional program-related prerequisite skills requirements, which are noted in the program descriptions and in the Academic Catalog.

International applicants should obtain academic advising prior to enrolling to ensure they can retain nonimmigrant status while enrolled at MFTI.

MFTI is authorized by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to accept and enroll F-1 visa students and will require international applicants to submit certain financial and academic documentation before they will be considered for admission.
